City public meetings and public hearings are held at Butler City Hall in the Council Chambers on the first floor.
Notice will be provided if public meetings are moved to another venue, such as the second floor of City Hall.

The following City of Butler Boards, Commissions and other appointed bodies meet at the following schedules. All meetings are held at Butler City Hall Council Chambers at 215 South Broadway, Butler, Indiana unless otherwise noted: During the Spring and Summer month, Park Board meetings are held at the Butler City Parks. Please contact the Community Development Department at 260-868-5200 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting or hearing, for accessibility needs so we may do our best to accommodate your need.
