Our police reserves are fully trained, sworn members of the department who supplement the work of our full-time officers, helping with both patrol and administrative duties.

Officer Runyon graduated from Wayne High School and attended College at ITT Tech. He has been employed by the Allen County Sheriffs Department as a confinement Officer for the past 10 years.
